Community Based Learning 10
This course is offered for students who are not ready for community placement for age or other reasons. This course will expand opportunities for students to learn in the workplace and community. It provides credit for service learning, volunteering and other community based activities which focus on leadership, mentoring, employability, skill development and personal growth.

Career Development 10 consists of the following modules:

Career Development 11
Career Development 11 consists of the following modules:

•Financial management
•Physically Active Lifestyles 11
•Co-op Education pre-placement
•Lifework Portfolio
Students who complete career Development 10 and 11 will have met graduation requirements for Physically Active Living 11. They will also receive a certificate of completion for Workplace Health and Safety.
Co-operative Education 11
The main idea of Co-op Ed11 is that students attend classes to prepare for their community placement section of the course. Upon successful completion of both the 25 hour school-based component and the 100 hour minimum out-of-school component of the program students are awarded one full high school credit.
The main requirements for their placement component are:
